This is a very recent listing with some brand new furniture as well.The flat is located on the third floor of a historic building but has access to a spacious lift - one of the very few in Edinburgh City centre.

There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate max 2 persons

Parking spaces are available at nearby Travel lodge Hotel which is about 300m from the apartment at:

Their current charges are 15 GBP per day (based on last online check). You can also pay by hour.

Alternatively, car park is also availabe just accross the street (50m) at Raddisson Blu Hotel Edinburgh, curently charging 19 GBP per 24 hrs (again online check). Best check on arrival.

Detailed instructions with photos on how to find the place will be sent to your email 10 days before your arrival date. Personal check-in service can be requested beforehand for the charge of £20 if your arrival is before 8 pm or £35 if your arrival is after 8 pm.
