The space

The property itself is fantastically located in the West End of Edinburgh, just a few minutes' walk from Edinburgh's iconic castle. The property is ideally located for quick access to Edinburgh Festival venues, and there are lots of restaurants, shops and bars on the nearby Lothian Road, Grassmarket and around the city center.

In the property itself, there are two double bedrooms and a large living room . The living room contains two sofas , one of which is a sofa bed which folds out flat to become a full size double bed, capable of accommodating two adults. The bedrooms are all supplied with fresh hotel -quality linen and towels, and there is a wardrobe in each bedroom for storage.

There is a well equipped kitchen, should you wish to cook during your stay with a dining area and sofa.

Off the hall there is a shower room and toilet.
