We check your property to confirm it is guest ready. Our team ensures that your home has all essentials accurately listed such as Wi Fi, sofa bed, kitchen amenities, etc. Don’t worry we will advise if anything is missing. At this time we dispatch our Smart Reception Kiosk. We then recommend if more photographs are needed and create appealing listing and easy to use check-in instructions. This process normally takes around 7 days.

Our software sends our signature comprehensive check-in instructions to each guest a few days prior to their arrival. The instructions contain an individual key access code which is only valid and active on the specified check-in date. They also contain maps, pictures and detailed description of how to reach their holiday home, including prices of the most popular public transport links, tips on where to store luggage if needed, etc. And guests love that!

Once at the property, guests access their keys from our Smart Reception Kiosk using their unique code and check-in straightaway.

For all bookings made through you will receive your monthly income 15 days after the end of each calendar month with us, less Click and Rent’s booking fees. For bookings made through any other OTA, you will receive your income directly according to their T&Cs.

Yes. For all bookings made through we provide monthly detailed property income statements showing lead guest name, date of check-in and check-out, unique reservation ID number, as well as any refunds that were made during the period.

Yes, in order to be able to deliver the outstanding guest experience that is required of us by all stakeholders we need to take control of all OTA accounts related to the property.
